The Nest Infants thru 2 years old
September In the Nest This month our infants are being prayed for individually and hearing prayer verses about heaven and celebration. Our one and two year olds are learning through stories, songs, and activities that we should celebrate Heaven along with the angels.
The Treehouse 3 & 4 year olds
September in the Treehouse Our kids in the Treehouse begin Fall by learning that, "Nothing can separate us from God's love." Romans 8:39, NIrV. Stories this month feature the life of David. We'll learn that God loves us when we're scared, when we have something hard to do, and even when we're sad. We finish the month with learning about how David praised God because he knew that God loved him.
Clubhouse and Club 23 (5 yrs. – 3rd grade) in the Gym Club 45 (4th & 5th) grade in the Lodge!
September’s Virtue: Knowledge - discovering something new so you can be better at whatever you do
Memory Verse: All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching… 2 Timothy 3:16 NIV
Week #1 - Since God knows everything, it’s important to know what God says. (12 yr old Jesus at the temple) Week #2 - Knowing what God says helps me make the wise choice. (Jesus is tempted) Week #3 - When I make the wise choice, it helps others do what God says (Daniel is trained in Babylon) Week #4 - Knowing what God says helps me know how to get closer to God. (Josiah promises to follow covenant)
